In this role you will be part of a truly global environment and be part of our Quality Management System (QMS) team. You will be given the possibility to work cross functionally within WS Audiology and learn more about the QMS requirement regarding medical devices to ensure the compliance toward regulations, e.g., the document control, training, audit, CAPA improvements.

What you will do

  • Support Document control officer to release the documents and update the index.
  • Track and follow up on the document change request (CR) status with document authors to offer the support.
  • Support training officer to maintain the training courses via training tool and update the matrix.
  • Communicate with various stakeholders to solve the issue via ticket system.
  • Analyze data to support the improvement.
  • Support translation of documents from English to Danish as the extra contribution.

What you bring

You might be studying a bachelor’s degree or have just started your master’s degree in engineering, economics, health management or comparable. 

We do not expect you to have any previous working experience but value the right personality and are therefore looking for the following hard and soft skills
 

  • Independently working as an equal to the existing team.
  • Open-minded, communicative personality who enjoys working in an international environment and team.
  • Proactive and self driven.
  • Exhibit attention to detail.
  • Enjoy working with various stakeholders.
  • Eager and curios to learn and contribute for the improvement to our team.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Preferably able to understand and communicate in Danish.
  • Confident handling of IT tools.
  • Very good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
